This help center is full of a lot of different type of documents. We are doing our best to get these sorted nicely for all visitors to access. Right now you’ll see articles in the top navigation bar, sorted into three types of documents.
Guides: If you’re looking to do something, or compare something, we break it down and give our advice on what we would recommend if we were doing the same thing.
Troubleshooting: If you’re having problems with equipment, we have put a list of things you can check yourself to see if it’s something you can fix yourself, or you would need a professional.
FAQs: These are frequently asked questions of our company. We tried to answer all the possible questions we could think of into our FAQ area. We like to be as transparent as possible, and we feel a detailed FAQ area is part of that process.
