We are strong believers in helping out homeowners even if it means we do not make money or we lose out on business. Part of our mission is trying to empower homeowners to learn more about what they have, and to be able to fix simple issues by themselves if they want. If homeowners need to replace equipment we want to offer advice so that they can make an informed decision, whether with us or a competitor.

Owning a home is tough as is, considering the costs nowadays, and nobody prepares you for your first home. There are so many different things that need maintenance, or attention… it’s hard to keep track of it all.

What type of advice can I find here?

We have a mix of information on this site. To keep it more simplified we categorized the information by the pieces of equipment the page is talking about.

Our library of articles cover converting Fuel Oil to Gas (LP or Natural Gas), all the way to talking about the math of if heat pumps will make monetary sense for you. The numbers may be hard but we took the time and broke it down based on the rates in our area, whether it is with WE Energies, or Menasha or Kaukauna Utilities.

Direct Support

While our website may give the illusion that we are a mega HVAC company or a chain, we are not. We are a company of about 20 people, with only a few in our office. We reserve our direct support for homeowners in our direct service area. If you’re curious if you are in our service area, check out our map.
